Writing a review on TripAdvisor is an excellent way to share your travel experiences, help future travelers, and offer feedback to businesses. Whether you’re writing a review on a hotel, restaurant, or tourist destination, this guide will walk you through the steps to share your thoughts on TripAdvisor.
On Desktop
Step 1: Open TripAdvisor
Visit the TripAdvisor website at www.tripadvisor.com. Make sure you’re logged into your account before you start writing your review.
Step 2: Search for the Location
Use the search bar in the top-right corner to find the location you want to review. Enter the name of the place and its geographical location (e.g., city and state).
Step 3: Select the Location
Once you’ve located the place, click on the name to go to the TripAdvisor page for that location.
Step 4: Scroll to the “Reviews” Section
Scroll down the page until you find the “Reviews” section. This is where you’ll be able to write your review.
Step 5: Click “Write a Review”
Click the “Write a Review” button to open the review form.
Step 6: Rate the Location
Select a rating by clicking on the corresponding star (1 to 5 stars). Choose the rating that best reflects your experience.
